We now offer Exchange and Shop Now! That means you can switch your size or shop immediately using store credit — and get your items without the wait.

If you choose to Exchange or use ShopNow credit, the following will apply:

• You’ll have 14 days to post your return (it just needs to be scanned by An Post or any official postal service — it doesn’t need to reach our returns centre within this timeframe).
• A €1 EUR pre-authorisation fee will be held on your card. If your return isn’t scanned within 14 days, you will be charged the full value of your Exchange or ShopNow item.
• Handling fees apply, which cover the cost of processing your return. Additional fees will apply for shipping your Exchange or ShopNow order.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not provide refunds for returns, including for change of mind or incorrect size.
Instead, you will receive a store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).

• Returns must be posted within 30 days of delivery.
• All store credits are issued in EUR (€).
• Items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable unless faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.
• If your item is faulty or if you believe there is a mistake with your order, please contact our customer care team immediately.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
• Purchases made using Clearpay, PayPal, or other payment providers are subject to the same return conditions. Your payment plan must still be completed as agreed.

CONDITION OF RETURN

Please ensure all returned items meet the following conditions:

• Must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included
• No scent of perfume, deodorant or detergent
• Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn outdoors, and tried only on a soft indoor surface (no scuff marks)
